What to include in your message
Not required — we'll reply to a one-line "hi". But if any of these apply, including them speeds things up:
- Bug report: what you said to Darvy, what it did, what you expected it to do, and your Windows version (10 or 11).
- Feature request: the task you were trying to complete, and why Darvy fell short.
- Pilot inquiry: your organisation, how many seats you're considering, your procurement timeline.
- Press / partnership: publication or organisation name, what you're working on, your deadline.

If you've found an accessibility problem on this website or in the Darvy app, please tell us. We treat accessibility bug reports as P0 — they take priority over everything else, and we will respond personally with a fix timeline. Email support@darvy.ai with "Accessibility" in the subject.
