Voice-first AI computer use for
the people you serve.

Darvy is the voice-driven AI assistant blind & visually impaired users have been waiting for — and it's priced to fit the budgets that state vocational rehab agencies, university disability offices, employer accommodation programs, and member-serving nonprofits already manage.

Pilot terms: 30 days free for 10+ seats · Section 508 / ADA-aligned · Invoice billing available · Polar is the merchant of record

What Darvy looks like in your organisation.

Four institutional types we're actively piloting with. Pick the one closest to yours — the value prop maps cleanly.

State vocational rehabilitation agencies

Who: ~80 state-level VR agencies serving blind clients under the Rehabilitation Act.

Why Darvy: Same Section 508 / ADA procurement pathway used for existing assistive technology. Per-seat monthly billing scales naturally as you serve more clients. Covers categories of work that screen readers can't do alone — email, scheduling, documents, web tasks. Counsellors observe clients moving from "I avoid email because the screen reader is exhausting" to independent inbox-zero.

Procurement fit: Polar as merchant of record can produce purchase-order-compatible invoices. Section 508 conformance statement on request.

University disability services

Who: Disability resource centres, accommodation coordinators, AT specialists.

Why Darvy: Pay per accommodated student via existing accommodation budgets. Helps with reading email, drafting papers, navigating LMS systems, scheduling office hours — the everyday tasks students burn hours on before they get to learning.

Procurement fit: Monthly billing per student, drops onto existing accommodations spend, no central IT rollout required.

Employer accommodation programs

Who: HR / DEI leads, ERG sponsors, reasonable-accommodation coordinators.

Why Darvy: Reasonable-accommodation request under ADA Title I. One Darvy seat per blind / VI employee, billed monthly. Productivity uplift is the business case — Darvy does the inbox triage and meeting coordination work that takes blind employees 3-5× longer with traditional screen readers.

Procurement fit: No-bid eligible at most cap thresholds ($100-$1,200/year per employee). Standard invoice billing.

Nonprofits & advocacy organisations

Who: NFB, ACB, regional Lighthouses, member-serving nonprofits, AT lending libraries.

Why Darvy: Member benefit / pilot program for the people you exist to serve. Discounted pilot seats available for mission-aligned orgs. Co-publish results — we'll share what works and what doesn't, in your community's language.

Procurement fit: Discount terms vary by org size; we make it work.

Try Darvy with 10 seats, free, for 30 days.

Designed so you can give Darvy to a real cohort of your constituents and see real outcomes before any procurement decision.

  • 10 seats minimum, no maximum. Larger pilots (50, 100 seats) are welcomed — we want to learn what scaling looks like inside your environment.
  • 30 days free. No card, no upfront commitment. We provision license keys, you distribute them to your cohort.
  • Direct founder support during the pilot. Weekly check-ins, screen-shares with the QA team if anyone gets stuck, edge cases shipped in days not quarters.
  • Outcome report at day 30. Aggregate usage data (anonymised per seat), feedback summaries, recommendations on whether Darvy fits your population.
  • If it works, convert to paid; if it doesn't, we part ways cleanly. No bait-and-switch billing, no ramp-up clauses.

What your finance team needs to know.

Compliance

Section 508 conformance statement on request. ADA Title II / Title III aligned for state and employer procurement contexts. WCAG 2.1 AA targets across the website and desktop application.

Billing

Polar is the merchant of record — they handle tax, invoicing, PCI compliance, and refunds. They generate invoices compatible with most institutional procurement workflows. Annual prepay available on request for pilots that convert to paid.

Data

Voice audio is transcribed by an enterprise speech-to-text provider and never stored. Reasoning runs on a hosted large-language-model provider with training opt-out. Browser state lives on the user's device — credentials never leave the machine. Telemetry is aggregate token counts per license; no transcripts. Sub-processor list available on request. See /privacy and /security.

Vendor profile

Solo founder, US-domiciled engineering. Iteration cycles measured in hours. We disclose this honestly — it's part of the product offer. For institutions that need a vendor with 50 employees and a help-desk team, we're not the right fit yet.

Three ways to take the next step.

1 — Email me

Tell me which institution type, how many seats you're thinking about, and a sentence on the population you serve. I reply personally, usually within hours on weekdays.

2 — Try it yourself first

Start an individual 3-day trial on your own machine. You'll get a real Darvy seat, the same one your constituents would get. Best way to evaluate.
